All good, team and loans ok.

I have been with Income for nearly two years now and overall my experience has been very good. I'm getting a great level of return on my investment and the process of adding funds has been extremely easy and efficient. There are still some issues though, mainly with website response which can be very slow at times affecting the ability to invest. Hardware capacity is supposedly being addressed at which point I would award a 5 score

The most reliable Peer2Peer platform. But... there's no secondary market. And this is a problem, the moment you want the flexibility to move your money around. But if you're fine with having your money stuck in just one place, I couldn't recommend Income Marketplace enough.

I’ve been investing with Income for almost 5 years now, and my experience has been consistently excellent. The platform strikes a strong balance between attractive returns and a clear focus on investor protection. I’ve been getting an average return of around 12.15%, which I’m very satisfied with! :) Especially given the level of transparency and risk controls they have in place. Now, what really stood out to me was the opportunity to visit their team in beautiful Tallinn last year. Meeting them in person reinforced my confidence. All functions by substance as needed

Been investing primarily in ITF Group loans for the past 2+ years. It's been fairly OK thus far with regular payments. There are certain enhancements that are taking longer than desired (intro of secondary market, greater loan originator diversity, Auto Invest capabilities)

Investing more and more with Income since last year. One of my favorite platforms, as I use over 20 different ones for risk mitigation. Good yields, no cash drag.

I am unable to sign into the app having invested a few quid there I have sent several emails to no avail. Deleted and re-downloaded the app to no avail. At this point not sure what is happening or if my money is safe as heard nothing from anyone. Update. Hi there I sent a screenshot of what it says when I try to log in but no responses as of yet from you guys. I also made contact via your “contact us” tab on the website again with no response. The initial email I sent was a response to one of your marketing emails upon which someone responded and said to let them know what it says when I log in to which I sent the screenshot and as of yet haven’t received a response. I am still as of yet unable to log into the app. Update: Ok no problem I will try that thanks for your help. Kind regards.

They offer many loans, but I still experience a huge cash drag. The app is terrible, forgets my auto invest strategies and you cannot view or sort by remaining term (which is the most important feature of a loan IMO!). Filters in manual invest don’t work properly. The manual invest on the website barely works either, gets stuck when you buy a loan. When money is involved, applications and websites should work well or else it’s better t avoid.

Good service, quick responses, everything has been fine so far

Sometime you get answers - sometimes not. I have some loans which are in buyback for one or two weeks - and the buyback is not processed. Lots of promises from CEO and the founder on YouTube - but nothing happenes (or extremely slow). I was happy at the beginning - but the situation on the platform and the development of the platform stands still. It's almost impossible to invest manually because of timeouts. Let's see what the next one or two months brings - maybe it's time for changes in my P2P portfolio.

To be avoided. They mark certain loans as secured, but in case of default there is no security to execute so the investment is as good as lost. The borrowers do not always repay their loans on time so you cannot reinvest your funds, ending up with losses. There are no notifications when new loans are available so you will lose investment opportunities. Too time-consuming and frustrating for a so-called passive income.

Yes, basically very few classic loans with a clear investment horizon, very little diversification, because if you choose, for example, short-term investments of 3 to 6 months maximum, you will find that only one company offers them, then you have all the means, for example, investing only and only in Indonesia, or you have to accept their game of spells and magic, the so-called early redemption option, when the company offers you a very long investment horizon, for example, 5 years, but does not promise early redemption, for example in 3 months and so on, which can only work

I miss important functionality such as seeing the accrued interest, current loans or loan descriptions of available offers.

I‘ve been investing with income for years and so far my experience has been good. The support is quick to answer when emailing them. The only weakness has been the availability of loans, which is sometimes limited, but better a little Cashdrag than bad loans in my opinion.

Transparent communication within telegram group, relatively high interests, broadening LO and loan availability. Working on 2FA, timeline is unclear. But as there is no 2ndary market, it's not as critical as other platforms.

Three years in and Income Marketplace has not disappointed so far. I was first very skeptical when I started my P2P journey three years ago. So I did what everyone would do: I watched YouTubers talking about their experience with Income and signed up using one of those affiliate bonus codes. I started with a hundred bucks. Slowly but steadily I kept earning interest (some cents) and I also received the bonus as promised. When I discovered the Telegram group, I immediately joined and was positively surprised how pleasent the chat and how in-depth the discussion topic were. I have since added more money and received a whole lot more interest. Usually the Auto Invest functionality works fine for me. But from time to time I like to manually invest, too. Overall I am really happy I found this platform. I greatly appreciate the direct and transparent communication to the support and even the CEO of Income and some of the LOs.

I started investing on Income last year, and I’m glad I did. The platform runs smoothly most of the times, and returns have been OK. Customer support is fine, and please add more Loan Originators.

Fast, team is responsive, easy to use

Using the Income platform for around a year. Despite small flaws like from time to time slow system everything goes well. Looking forwrd to increase the portfolio. Please bring more LOs :)

Iam registered at Income Marketplace since February 2022. What should i say, iam really happy. Its my biggest used P2P platform, reasons: Proper and reliable interest payments, Telegram chat with direct contact to CEO and other investors. Android app is also fine to make an "investment on the go", if required (not often). Yes, sometimes the app (and via browser) is slow. Tuesday and friday are buyback-Days (if i remember correctly), there its a bit slower. I check balance weekly, all fine. Thanks income, i will stay 😊

"Buyback initiated" defaulted loans for 2+ years, my whole portfolio consisting of over 25 loans have been supposedly buyback initiated for over 2 years, these "secured" loans are supposed to be protected though buyback protection though income company but haven't seen any money returned from these loans for years, very misleading

Terrible platform - total nightmare with support and account issues! Joined with a referral link but never got my bonus. Support kept feeding me excuses about IT being "too busy" for 2+ months. Then they actually took away interest they already paid me and completely ignored my messages about it. Sure, the support people are nice, but they're useless at fixing anything. Can't even handle basic stuff like bonuses, so what happens when real problems come up? Clearly can't trust them with my money. Look elsewhere unless you enjoy being ignored and having your earnings disappear!
