Transfers from Bankinter (Spain) do not work properly: –If made to the UK account, they may arrive incomplete, and –it is impossible to make them to the Finnish account, whereas transfers from other banks go through without any issues. When initiating the transfer, Bankinter automatically assigns a BIC code to the beneficiary bank that has a P as the third character instead of an R. With the code you show on the Maclear page (the one with the R), the transfer isn’t even initiated, but using the automatically assigned code, it never goes through, and the Finnish "bank" gives incorrect reasons, such as claiming they only accept transfers in euros or SEPA transfers.

Although I invest in Maclear since its beginning December 2023, although the payments are on time and there isn't any problem with withdrawals, there isn't any transparency on financial audit reports. They promised to be announced in next within weeks since April and still nothing. I'm going to re-evaluate this review when you are going to be more reliable about the promises you give. Sorry Maclear but there are so P2P platforms and most of them have already announced audit reports of the year 2025

Maclear has done a good job of always maintaining few projects in the main market for investment, and during my 18 months of experience with this platform, all the payments were on time without any delay.

Im using MacLear for almost an year. So far i can tell that they are amazing, the Support team responds and fix issues more fast then my Bank.
It's been almost 1 year as a MacLear user. I'm delighted, you can see they put their best efforts to improve the platform, special offers, campaigns, bonuses,... all in all, I think one of the best investment platforms out there.
I'm very pleased with the support given by Maclear, all my questions were quickly clarified!
*user since May 2025* For now experience is OK - no defaults Projects are well described Collateral backed loans (but carefull, not all projects are equaly well backed; sometimes collateral's value seems overestimated to me) Funding in trenches (safer) Website is nice (even if some improvements / upgrades would be more than welcome) Bonuses are high (but is it sustainable ?) So, "why the 3 stars ?" you might ask... First of all, there is a lot of communication, but not well organized. There is way too much marketing communication / emaling pushing to invest... But important information is not corretly shared ; and so there is an overall feeling of lack of transparency. Website upgrades : some important and highly requested updates are still not implemented despite having an active community, giving a lot of feedback. Feedback is said to be transfered to dev team, but little follow-up after that. Bonus programs could be simplified : the token-bonus is completly useless... we're talking about a bonus worth a few cents due to its calculation method (no link with token value) ! Finaly and most importantly, the 2024 audited report is still nowhere to be seen, despite being promised in summer 2025, and then Q1 2026. 2025 audit supposed to be early 2026 (then narrowed down to Q2 2026) will most likely not meet the communicated deadline either. And no clear communication after that. This is getting ridiculous... So despite the current situation being somewhat OK for now from a performance / statistical point of view, there are still important pending issues that are not being addressed. I'm geting an overall feeling of disconfort, with so much advertising being sent by email and telegram on one hand, and few transparency on the other. *3 stars turned into 2 stars, as i keep getting the same response to my message, saying multiple times that the audit would be realeased "within 2 weeks" which has been false everytime. Unfortunately, trust has been lost. So I'm stoping my investments on Maclear and start withdrawing my balance as my investments are getting repaid.
My experience with Maclear after almost a year has been very positive so far! They always have a quick and clear answer to my questions.
Support department is quick and dedicated. Maclear has multiple features (bonuses, autoinvest strategies, primary and secondary markets...) and it can get tricky to understand and have a good command of. But the support department solved all my doubts in a timely manner. Special mention for Thomas, always helpful and precise.
The support team was very helpful and patient in explaining the bonus policy clearly. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally. I am very satisfied with the service provided. The platform is very easy to understand and navigate, making the investment process straightforward. I am looking forward to continuing to invest more capital in the future

Thinks I like: the Dashboard and different topics at the Bottom of the screen. Thinks I don't like: on 8lends page, the topics access According to me are not enough clear. I have each time to look for where to withdraw profits. For me it's the only negative point.
Good platform to invest
Hi, my experience so far has been good, investing-wise. However, I made my first withdrawal request. I made it last Wednesday, and I know it takes two days, so it should have arrived in my bank by Friday. I have sent a message on Telegram, but yet to receive a reply. I am sure it will be ok, and arrive by Monday, however, just a bit anxious as no reply.
Maclear is a great place to invest with a good app providing all information needed. The main point to improve is for me the fund transfer that could be even quicker.
Would need to have a more direct contact on support team. I would advise an account manager for each investor.
Very easy to use and to track my investments. The best thing about it is the transparency of the transactions.
The platform is quite easy to use, although I'm missing some type of filters. I had to use the customer service twice and it was excellent, very quick answering and solving my problems.
This was one of my first crowdlending investing platform I play with. One year and a half later, I got back my investment amounts and interests with any problem. I contacted support three times by mail and they were resolutive in all of them.
