Tried to top-up (both from the bank account and credit card) and in both cases my money just disappeared... tried to give them a call 5 times - nobody picks up the phone. Seems like it is some kind of scamming facility.... Used competitors' platforms, but never encountered issues like with this one.

Everything is good with this company.

I have been investing for more than a year. All projects earned proposed revenue. I feel save putting my money in different project with Profitus.

Notifications to email are not working as it should, customer service not answering.

I have no complaints to this company. No wow effect, but also no issues as long as I'm aware. I'm a small investor, playing with rather small amounts. Out of all my investments, the vast majority of interests come on time, only one is now late for a couple of weeks, but I'm somehow sure I'll get it sooner or later. Seems they're well regulater, does all the checks so shoul be a good company for especially starting investors

So far so good after 7 months, but I am missing absolutely essential information on the platform such as 1. total account value and 2. tax report. You have to request by email to find out how much tax was deducted by witholding tax.

The updates comes pretty lazy on "late" loans

Three years of experience (starting from 2019, >100 investments) with Profitus show a client-first approach. Up until now, only one investment is in default. Hopefully, they will solve that issue soon. Importantly, all delayed investments receive a bonus of +5%, and Profitus consistently fulfills this promise. I consider Profitus a professional partner in making meaningful investments.

I rate it positively. Most of the interest is paid on time, there are few delays, sufficient number of projects. So far, the main drawback is some technical notification delay problem (but i think they are still working to solve all issues after system update). Also app or better mobile version would be great. But at the end of the day, the most important thing is earnings - I'm growing my portfolio, I don't plan to leave.

Setting a side all the risks associated to this type of investment, they have a good quality platform (website), company and it's CEO is also well known in Lithuania and so, I think that they can be trusted. I had no issues with them during last 2-3 years when I was doing investing using their platform. A lot of investment offers, although lately a lot of small and riskier ones. Seems that >1 million EUR projects went to other platforms. Some investments are late to pay, but in the end it always resolves.

I really don't like that there is no secondary market. Uses Lemonway and therefore the money transfer to/ from the bank account takes time. At the moment money transfer is free, but I think in the future the transactions will cost.

Not user friendly e-page, a bit confusing to navigate in own account. Lacking information in cases of delays and unforeseen obstacles to refund investment. It does not mean that the service provider is not reliable. I enjoy its servises and my remarks aim only to make them even better.

Great platform. I am waiting for new functions and secondary mortgage. There could also be more projects, because sometimes I don't manage to invest in time and I have to wait for something new to appear. Great work keep it up!

Very friendly customer support, you can invest your money here fast and with only a few of clicks :) the company inspires confindence. Timely information about any changes. Looks like the client is really at first. Good luck!

Communication - the best and professional. Investment - perfect. Paysera vs Lemonway. I think it was a very good idea to change Paysera to Lemonway. Investors don't need to care about withdrawal fees. My investment experience is ~ 3 years.

I've been using it for a year. Everything works well, will keep on using it ! Easy to use, trustworthy, great customer service!

I'm using it for more than a year now. Great platform, no issues so far, enough stats and enough project details. Two things that I'm missing (I know that the company is doing due diligence, but still): - I want to see how much a single "business entity" is asking for various investments. Meaning one company can have multiple projects, or even refinancing, or different rounds of financing for a same project. It would help to understand if I'm not risking too much with a single business entity or real estate object. So: grouping of investment based on project owner/entity, grouping based on real estate that is provided as a guarantee, and grouping based on the real estate object for which the funding is requested. - Maybe you can integrate with rekvizitai.lt, abalt.lt or sth similar to provide more information about a company that is asking for funding. It would make due diligence work on the user side much easier.

Platform is easy to use

When will you improve your platform to see if you have already invested in a specific project, how much you have invested, if you have invested in a previous stage of the project, etc.? Because now you open a project and you just don't remember whether you already invested here or invested in the previous stage. You have to go to your investment and look for this information

Considerably easy to navigate on the platform and a very user friendly interface - love the design! On the content side of things - quite detailed summaries of projects, and actually vast range of projects available to invest to!
