**UPDATE:** Following this review, Maclear contacted me and resolved the issue; my funds have now been successfully recovered. I am increasing my rating to 3 stars as a result. While I appreciate the resolution, the 20-day silence and the lack of a platform option to delete old bank accounts made this much more difficult than it should have been. I am open to moving this to 4 stars in the future if service remains consistent and the UI is improved, but for now, the support process still has room to grow. ----------------------------------------------------------- I have been an active investor with Maclear for the past 8 months and, until recently, my experience was entirely positive. However, a recent issue with a withdrawal has completely erased the trust I built with the platform. Due to a bank migration, a withdrawal was sent to an inactive account. My bank confirmed the funds were not accepted and should have been returned to Maclear. I proactively communicated this to support on February 26th. After an initial response from Thomas, I have been completely ghosted for the last 10 days. My follow-up on March 2nd has received zero response, and as of today, March 12th, my funds have neither been credited back to my Maclear account nor re-issued. In the world of crowdlending, communication and liquidity are everything. To be ignored for nearly two weeks regarding a missing withdrawal is a massive red flag. I am halting all future investments and will be advising others to do the same until this is resolved. I am still waiting for a clear timeline and a resolution. If Maclear wants to retain my trust (and my capital), they need to address this immediately.

High and punctual interest rates, paid monthly, interesting progress, often related to technology or crops... There's a wide range of options for repaid investments in cryptocurrencies, which offer even higher interest rates, but I haven't tried it yet because you have to open another account on their subsidiary website. I'm sorry there's not much progress at the same time, but I think it's also a sign of reliability, since they have to meet certain standards.

I've been invested in Maclear AG since June 2025 and I have nothing but good... no skip that... "AMAZING" experience with Maclear since I've found them in May 2025 and since then I've invested a good amount of my funds with them. Recently had some loans reaching the end of the contract and the capital was returned as expected, brilliant...and because of such an amazing experience I've invested the funds on the same day I've received them from Maclear. At first I was not very sure, but with the pass of the months, the perfect regularity of the interests payment, made me put a little more and more money with them. You can trust them for how they fulfill everything they say (I didn't have to get in touch with them not a single time), and I also like the way they communicate, with clear, and transparent messages and human communications, unlike banks and other public services
The support team was very friendly, reactive and answered my questions via email in less than 24 hours. I had a problem with my KYC when I wanted to invest in 8lends. I 1st contacted the maclear support team, they then gave me the email for the 8lends support team since I couldn’t find the email adress on the webpage. In the end they managed to set everything right and I could start my investments.

We had a minor scare when they switched the bank account for deposits to one in London, but they quickly resolved the issue for Spanish investors, ensuring we don't incur any fees at our Spanish banks. Well done, Maclear! For now, all investments are being paid out with Swiss reliability, and I'm happy with my current trading.
