Bin zufrieden. Sehr einfach zu bedienende Plattform, die ihrem "Robo"-Namen voll gerecht wird. Leider inzwischen zwar sehr niedrige Zinsraten und hoher Cash Drag, aber das ist dem Markt und dem Anleger-Zustrom geschuldet und wird hoffentlich auch mal wieder besser.

It works excellent for me. Some settings should be more user-friendly, however once you know how it works you get use to it.
I contacted them on multiple occasions and never ever got a response. Their autoinvest function is another point to complain. In no way l set up to invest in anything over 365 days, but just discovered that they put my money in something lasting 720 days.
J'ai un gros problème avec la vérification de l'identité qui ne fonctionne pas, j'ai envoyé 5 mails, essayé de les joindre par téléphone plusieurs fois : AUCUNE RÉPONSE. Mon argent est donc bloqué chez eux sans que je puisse faire quoi que ce soit !!!

J'utilise depuis plus d'un an. Très bonne plateforme, quelques retards mais moins que sur les autres plateformes et les intérêts sont payés sur les retards. Rendement environ 10 %. Pour moi la meilleure et la plus sécurisée. Le site n'est pas en Français mais on peut utiliser un plugin sur le navigateur qui traduit automatiquement. Je ne met que 4* car le site mériterait d'être plus clair

Robocash holds its promises, their bot icon might make it looks like a scam at first sight but they have never messed with my money. I made the announced profits and managed to withdraw all my money back on my bank account using the "cash out" setting. Everything was easy and smooth, I just regret that, as time goes by, the interest rate and loyalty program benefits slow down, that's why I have chosen to leave. Very good experience with them though with 7k invest and +700 made.

Je suis chez Robocash depuis presque 1 an. Le KYC a été un peu long, pas de contact en Français et quand on doit gérer par téléphone ce n'est pas si facile (J'aurai pu le faire par mail mais ça aurait été plus long). Ce sont les seuls points négatifs que je trouve à Robocash. Les paiements en retard sont bien respectés et peu nombreux, moins de 8% de mon portefeuille au maximum. (actuellement à 5%) Pas de défaut de paiement. Les réinvestissements peuvent être long, il ne faut pas être trop gourmand et "jouer" avec le curseur de % des prêts pour trouver le juste milieu. J'ai toujours 2/3% de mon capital non investi. Mais cela me convient, j'ai trouvé mon juste équilibre. Bonne plateforme, facile de prise en main, les prêts court termes (durée de moins de 6mois) à 10% sont facilement trouvés.

Be carefull, they can't be trusted. They deleted my account because they lowered the loans interest rate and I had plenty of long-term loans with the old rate. So they just decided to kick me out!

Ho utilizzato Robocash senza problemi fino a una settimana fa. Poi sono incominciati i problemi. Non potevo cambiare i tassi di interesse e indicare l'importo. Dopo numerose (troppe) segnalazioni, mi dicono che l'account è bloccato. Chiedo il motivo. Dicono che devo rifare l'identificazione. Lo faccio, ma mi dice che l'identificazione è già corretta e completa. Altre mail di reclamo, si inventano problemi tecnici che in una settimana non risolvono. Adesso non rispondono nemmeno alle mail e non ricevo il num. di ticket. in soldoni: Da due settimane Robocash sta bloccando senza la mia autorizzazione i miei fondi. Siamo al limite di reati penali.
I've used a bunch of these platforms and Robo.cash is the only one so far where 1) auto-invest actually works and 2) the secondary market is liquid and without crazy fees. These are important criteria for me so it's now my main platform for this kind of investments.
I've seen solid returns on my portfolio. The only improvement I'd suggest is better customer support response times during busy periods
