llevo muy poco tiempo en la plataforma quizás 1 - 2 meses, estoy contento porque es una plataforma sencilla de usar y en Español. El soporte técnico responde rápido mis consultas...esto la parte positiva. La parte negativa es que reviso mi configuración de cartera y no encuentro algo que me haga invertir mi dinero en prestamos...Ya que mi idea de no tener el dinero parado. Y esto no funciona...les escribiré para pedir mas información.

Autenticación perdida = cuenta perdida??

Por avería en el movil, he perdido la autenticación en 2 factores para acceder a mi cuenta robocash. Hay un email al que te indican que debes escribir si tienes un problema similar. Lo he hecho. Y no tengo respuesta. Resultado: No tengo acceso a mi cuenta, ni forma de recuperar mi dinero, ni forma de realizar ninguna gestión. Update: Efectivamente, me ha llegado el mensaje para resetear la configuración. Ya he completado el procedimiento y he podido acceder a mi cuenta. Lo único malo de todo esto es que he tenido que recurrir a este comentario en trustpilot para que me hicieran caso. Actualizo la experiencia: de 1 estrella a 4

So far I'm really happy with this platform. The supports responds very quickly, I have confidence in their loans and recovery of late and defaulted loans. Interest rates could be higher but I guess slightly lower rates are the price we pay for stability, and I'm ok with that.

Solid, reliable and good returns

I invest on Peerberry, Twino, Funding Circle, Esketit, Iuvo and have invested in others in the past and Robocash is head and shoulders the best platform for me. Solid reliable with no funds in recovery I've been with them just over two years and they give good returns. Some cash drag and yes, no app, but I'd rather they keep returns high and save the development costs. Keep up the good work.

One of the best platforms

If not the best (for me it is), one of the best platforms out there. Absolutely automatic and you can get easy 12% interest rate. The interest is paid every month and you can choose if you want to reinvest it or withdraw it. Lately there are no available loans so you might experience some cash drag. If Robocash fix this issue then 5+ stars, till then only 5 😉!

Invertí en robocash solo para probar mi experiencia fue de unos 2 años la verdad que mi experiencia fue muy favorable todo muy correcto, no tuve ningún problema con ellos a la inversión le gané un 25% así que todo genial, de hecho ellos están tan seguros de sí mismos que te dan un enlace directo a trustpilot para que puedas valorarlos

Muy contento la verdad, no pensé nunca que fuese tan sencillo usar un roboinvestor de manera tan clara y sin trabas para invertir lo que necesites, no hace falta invertir grandes cantidades, solo lo que puedas. Aun no he retirado el dinero, así que no se como funciona el proceso, pero la transparencia que se da en la plataforma en todos los aspectos y lo versátil que es, facilita todo mucho.

No paran de bajar el tipo de interes

Robocash funciona muy bien, en pleno covid hice retiros y respondieron de maravilla. Recientemente aumente mi inversion y asi he conseguido aumentar mi tipo de interes, pero ya, cada vez dan menos y menos, y no por ello, sus originadores son mejores, nuestro dinero lo prestan a un interes desorbitado, cobran interes diario, para minicreditos basura sin necesidad de avales ni nada. Si fuera para inmuebles o inversiones de mas calidad, comprenderia que bajen el tipo de interes y suban los plazos. Voy a proceder a retirar mi dinero conforme vaya quedandose sin invertir. No problems when asking for a withdraw

So far I've had a very good Experience with Robocash and the customer service has been quite amazing honestly. Today, for the first time in 8 months I think I decided to withdraw a part of my investments. And I notice that there's no option to do it from the website. I literally had to send an email to support to request it, and obviously now I'm waiting for a reply. I really hope it will go smooth, but something like this is a very red flag for me. Because withdrawing money should be AS easy as depositing money. That's how you gain trust from customers and I find it a little slippery. I really hope I'm confused about this and that there's an actual way to withdraw and I was too naive to find it myself. Edit: There was an option to do it and I didn't find it hehe. Let's hope everything goes well with the withdraw I will update this review later. - Everything went perfectly.
